- Coordinate all travel (both international and domestic) for the Artist, arrange all hotel stays and make arrangements for per-diem and hospitality throughout the duration of their stay.
- Immigration Visas – prepare all necessary paperwork for approval of work permit visas for the Artists and personnel arriving from Israel by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. TEEV will collect bios, passport numbers and all necessary personal information, and will obtain the approval of all the relevant unions in order to ensure a speedy and easy approval by the INS.

- Arrange all technical details involved in the production including sound and lighting equipment, as well as instrument rental
- Work with technical staff at the venue in order to insure professionalism at each level
