Idan's first solo album was released in December 2002. Immediately upon its release it shot straight to #1 on the Israeli album sales chart and went on to sell more than 100,000 copies (multiple platinum) in Israel alone.

Four radio singles lifted from the album dominated all play-lists and charts around the country for most of the following year. Numerous awards and accolades followed, including:
